Here is a look at the new Calendar that Organo Gold introduced. Its an absolute must for every company representative!

 The Organo Gold system is based off of industry superstar Holton Buggs’ Image 1very own 18 month calendar that he has completed two times and became the number three income earner in the world.

Lets take a look at this 18 month calendar system in more depth.

Formula:

4 Coffee Jazz mixers each week

5 people in attendance

Generate an average of 1000 cv in volume

Total: $14,000 in volume = Sapphire Consultant

And… Connie and I are social proof that it does work as we were able to achieve that pin level and are currently working on the next level.

Next Level:

You teach 2 others how to work the calendar and you are a Ruby consultant.  Ruby consultants have at least $40,000 in cv in a calendar month.

Pretty nice to do the average volume of a Starbucks from your laptop with no overhead huh?

The  system goes on an on from there all the way to Diamond, which is $200,000 in volume in a month.

We are very excited about this calendar because it provides a road map for you to run your business.

Lunch with Jordan Adler – What makes success

photoEverybody knows that when you have the opportunity to spend time with an industry superstar you take it.  I was fortunate enough to enjoy lunch with Jordan Adler last week.

The conversation was interesting and helpful.  Most people that are in love with our profession agree that no one has it figured out exactly but a lot of what we all do in our different teams and network marketing companies are following very much the same principles.

First let me say that Jordan is a great guy and person.  His personal story is humbling and inspiring.  He joined over ten companies during a ten year period before even sponsoring one person!  To hear the ups and downs from a person who’s team today adds 100 people per day easily is a real eye opener.

Jordan said something that you might be interested in hearing.  He said ” you can give a person the perfect simple system like we all use and they still will not be successful if they do not make the shift in their mind”.

He likened it to the movie “Karate Kid” where Daniel son made a shift of “letting go” during the final fight.  Jordan said ” you cannot teach the shift, but people must make it to reach their dreams”.

Other ways to label this intangible thing that he spoke of would be “project abundance” or “have the right attitude” or “have faith” or “expect good things” or “let go of your agenda” or “come from a place of abundance” or “let go”.  All of these sayings try to describe what happens in the heart and mind of a distributer that launches them towards a stream of success like Jordan has experienced.

I remember one day last year where I had fourteen leads/prospects call me in the same day.  My phone rang the last time at 11:00 p.m. and we sponsored four of them.  What did I do different that day?  The only thing I can think of was I had an extended prayer and personal development time.  Wow Jordan!  Just project abundance and make a shift?  Seems to be the key.

If you have never read Jordans book “Beach Money” I’d get it.  It’s Jordans story and all the profits go to charity.

All Networkers should have this…

www.mastermindeventI just returned from the Mastermind event in Houston Texas with Art Jonak and several others MLM industry giants and I can’t even begin to tell you how powerful it was. (just watch the videos posted on this blog)

While attending I was able to subscribe to an industry magazine that I had been planning to buy and I highly recommend you look into.  Most people that are serious about their networking business already know about it.  In fact I’ll probably put a link for it on the blogroll.  It’s called “networking times“ .

They have a printed version for about $88 for a 2 year subscription sent to your house.  I recommend the printed version.  I’ve read this magazine before and it’s been tremendously encouraging and provided much good material to help lead the team and just personal faith building in our profession.

The stories and articles in it are high caliber and could serve to fuel your fire while providing you with some great researched material from the greatest minds in network marketing today.

So, there is my  plug for “networking times” I’d get it when you can, it’s worth it.  Just navigate around to find the subscription.  Oh, and if you click on that link they will give you a free issue.
